How long is the lease term?
Our lease terms are a three-month minimum, to be paid monthly or annually, by check or ACH debit (see Rental Agreement documents). We request 30 days notice when moving out.
Do I need to bring a lock?
Yes, please bring a secure lock of your choice. One lock per unit. Locks are available for purchase if needed.

How do I make a payment?
For your convenience we offer ACH payments. If paying by check please mail to:

What forms of payments do you accept?
ACH and Checks.

When can I access my storage unit?
We offer 24-hour access at our location so that you can come and go at your convenience.
Do you have electrical outlets in your units?
Our units do not have electric running to them. External lighting only.

What are the dimensions of the storage units?
    We have multiple storage unit sizes:
  • 10′ x 10′
  • 10′ x 20′
  • 12′ x 15′
  • 12′ x 30′
  • 12′ x 35′
  • 15′ x 10′
  • 15′ x 35′
  • 15′ x 50′
How do I move out & do I need to give notice?
As a courtesy, we ask that you give notice at least 30 days before your intended vacate dates. Once unit is emptied, let us know that you are out of the unit. We will close your account that day.

Is my storage unit safe?
Our storage facility use video cameras as a security measure. Cameras are generally located at the point of entry and exit, and monitor other areas around the property.
What items cannot be stored in my unit?
No hazardous materials may be stored in the units. This includes flammable, explosives, corrosives, or poisons. No food items should be stored in your unit.
